Portraits
Mid 2014 was a big time for us! Our daughter made a surprise early arrival! I still remember that funny feeling leaving the hospital and their regiment, ”that’s it, we just go? …and take her with us? that’s ok now?” After she came in like a hurricane and things settle down I realized even more what the value of a family portrait was. I always knew and had a sense of the importance of a portrait, but now having that photo in my wallet comes with a whole new feeling of pride. Now when I look back at our photos, memories of that time come rushing back. Where we were, when it was and what she was like then, and even the silly (or frustrating) things we did to get our photo. It’s an irreplaceable thing, the time that passes on, so lets not let it go by so fast that you don’t have something to show for it.
